When will your store reopen?
We have reopened for in store sales from 11am to 7pm from Monday to Saturday, 11am to 6pm on Sundays.
When will the store host events again?
Some in-store events have resumed, including Friday Night Magic and Warhammer. For more details, check out our events section on our webstore.
Can I make an order over the phone?
Unfortunately no, but you are able make orders on our webstore here for pickup, delivery, or shipping.
Can I order something not listed on your web store?
Yes, please send us an email and we'll get back to you.
Can I pick up my items or have them delivered?
Yes, we have pick up and delivery options available from 11am to 7pm Monday to Saturday and 11am to 6pm on Sundays.
How do I pick up my order?
After you place your order, you'll receive a "Order Ready" email from us (usually within 15 minutes) to notify you that your order is ready for pick up. Readied orders can be picked up at our front entrance or we can bring the out to your car, just call 415-621-4263.
When will my order be delivered?
Orders are delivered through doordash and should be delivered within one hour of your order.
Does Gamescape have a rewards program?
Yes, we do. If you spend $250 over any period of time and show us that you have, whether by showing us Gamescape receipts or bank/credit card statements, you then become a frequent customer and are added into our system. Being a frequent customer grants you 10% off to any items not already marked down.
How long does my discount last?
Your 10% discount will last a year from the date your name was entered into the system. During this time we can keep track of your purchases and if you are able to spend another $250 your discount will continue on from that date.
Can I use my discount on the online store?
Yes, you can. Email us and we'll provide you with a coupon that can be used at checkout.
Can I use my e-gift card?
Yes, you'll be able to enter your e-gift card number at checkout.
What is Gamescape's return policy?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns at this time.
Where is the store located?
Gamescape is located at 333 Divisadero St. directly in between Page and Oak, in San Francisco, California.
Can I buy a gift card online?
Yes, you can. We sell e-gift cards through Square.
Does Gamescape sell or buy single Magic: The Gathering cards?
Gamescape sells sealed Magic products only. (Boosters, Boxes, Decks, etc..)
What kind of documentation are acceptable for in-store events?
For proof of vaccination, we are asking to be provided with visual confirmation of medical records from your healthcare provider (photos acceptable), completed Covid-19 Vaccination Record Card (photos acceptable), or digital proof through QR Code from https://myvaccinerecord.cdph.ca.gov/.
Lastly, we reserve the right to refuse service.
