Does Gamescape have a rewards program?
Yes, we do. If you spend $250 over any period of time and show us that you have, whether by showing us Gamescape receipts or bank/credit card statements, you then become a frequent customer and are added into our system. Being a frequent customer grants you 10% off to any items not already marked down.

How long does my discount last?
Your 10% discount will last a year from the date your name was entered into the system. During this time we can keep track of your purchases and if you are able to spend another $250 your discount will continue on from that date.

What is Gamescape's return policy?
Our return policy is for store credit or exchange, as long as the game has not been opened or was opened and had noticeable signs of damage.

Where is the store located?
Gamescape is located at 333 Divisadero St. directly in between Page and Oak, in San Francisco, California

What are the store's hours?
Gamescape is open Monday through Saturday from 10 AM to 7 PM and Sundays from 11 AM to 5 PM.

Which holidays does the store close on?
Gamescape closes for Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Years Day.

Does Gamescape have an online store?
Gamescape does not sell items online outside of the BoardGameGeek marketplace.  For a reference on items that are regularly stocked at Gamescape, please refer to our google profile under the "See What's In Store" portion, or visit us on Pointy.

Does Gamescape ship items?
Rarely, Gamescape does have a BoardGameGeek marketplace available for a limited selection of items and will ship those items direct upon purchase.

Does Gamescape sell or buy single Magic: The Gathering cards?
Gamescape sells sealed Magic products only. (Boosters, Boxes, Decks, etc..)
