Hot Streak is the Hot new racing game that is sure to be a hit at your next game night! Easy to pick up and incredibly engaging, even for large groups, it's no wonder it was the last-minute craze from December 2025.

Each player starts the first round with no cash and 3 race cards in their hand. The starting race deck is then revealed to everyone before the bets are made. After each player chooses 2 betting tokens, you may put one of the race cards from your hand into the race deck to help sway the outcome in your favor. Be warned: it might not turn out the way you wanted! The race deck is shuffled and the racing starts! The cards will dictate how the mascots move as they race! Mascots can move forward, backward, fall over, crawl, bump into each other, and even be disqualified if they manage to run off course. If you happen to go through the entire race deck before any mascot has crossed the finish line, no worries, you can just reshuffle and continue racing. Once all mascots have crossed the finish line or have been disqualified, you can tally up your earnings and losses and prepare for the next round.

In the third and final round, each player may also double one of their bets in order to raise the stakes! Once the game ends, you count up your money and check your fate on the Life Outcomes list in the back of the rulebook!

Not only is the betting fun, but the little miniatures are well molded and nicely detailed. On each racer, you can see little eyes looking out of the mascot suit from the person who is wearing it. The raceway is beautifully designed and connected through a roll-up mechanism that is integrated into the box, so it can’t be lost. The game also uses the box as a podium to place the racers once their race is finished! You can tell the designers really thought through the details of how to uniquely use the entire space their game box offered. A little bit of gambling and a whole lot of goofiness, Hot Streak is the perfect game to bring to your next large event for new board gamers or pros alike.
